Job Summary

: The all new Wag N Wash Elkhorn is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dogs and customer service, with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Duties

: - Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences for their dogs - Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and explain benefits - Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their dogs needs - Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds - Assist customers that are bathing their dogs.

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the pet industry but not required - Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Ability to sell and upsell products effectively - Proficiency in basic math for processing transactions - Familiarity with POS systems for handling sales transactions - Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Must have a love of all dogs Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic environment where your sales skills and customer service expertise will shine.
