Join a Growing Organization and Lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives Elysian Construction is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team and lead our inside sales team. We specialize in helping our customers get exceptional service for their roof repair & exterior construction needs. Our mission at Elysian is to serve a property owners needs with * Exceptional workmanship * Premium materials * Professional integrity * Exceptional Service * Maximum value Our Area Sales Managers are responsible for: * Coaching assigned sales representatives * Accessing Sales Representatives performance and developing ongoing training to meet their unique sales skills * Partnering with HR and the VP of Sales for employee relation concerns * Establish a working rapport with the team while generating effective boundaries * Lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives * Assist with field training for new sales representatives * Other leader responsibilities as assigned * Ability to travel to other markets for months at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE, MO), being able to go back home for up to two weeks in-between travel. We provide our Area Sales Managers with: * Yearly salary compensation starting at $50,000 , with bonuses based on individual performance, company overall performance and production of team. * Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options. * April 2025- Sign on bonus Prior to joining our organization we expect our Area Outside Sales Managers to already have: * 4-Year Degree from an Accredited College or University -or- 2-Year Degree from an Accredited College or University * 4-5 years experience working in a sales management role * Leadership experience in sales and working with a remote team is ideal * Ability to work in a CRM, HRIS and other office Technology * Successful background in door to door sales, roofing/restoration sales, construction/remodeling sales, solar sales Elysian Construction has been a family owned Minnesota business since 2004.
