Summit Apartments is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant for a 382 unit apartment community in Antioch, Tennessee. As a Leasing Consultant , you will help people find a new home at our community. This process starts at the time they inquire about living with us through their years at our community. The best leasing consultants continue the relationship to ensure the resident's needs are met so they enjoy high quality of community living and feeling of home. Job

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist prospects and residents by providing outstanding customer service.
• Lease apartments
• Build lasting relationships with residents
• Renew existing leases
• Abide by Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Conduct market research and be familiar with competing communities rates and amenities
• Assist with business outreach marketing
• Help plan and participate in resident events and activities
• Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Property Manager Candidate

Requirements

include but are not limited to:

• Friendly, Professional personality
• Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
• Strives to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Products
• Motivated to meet or exceed goals
• Able to work rotating Saturdays
