LICENSED INSURANCE PRODUCER - SALES DRIVEN - OWNERSHIP TRACK Location: Garner/ Raleigh / Triangle Type: Full-Time | In-Office Pay: Draw + Commission This is a performance-based sales role for a licensed Property & Casualty producer who wants to build income, authority, and long-term ownership -- not sit behind a desk waiting for a paycheck. If you are not competitive, goal-obsessed, or comfortable being measured weekly, do not apply. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

• You are willing to outwork average producers NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty license
• Life License a Plus
• Full-time availability (no remote / no part-time)
• Comfortable with a temporary draw against commission
• Strong follow-up, urgency, and closing skills
• Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
• Draw against commission during ramp up.
• Uncapped commission earnings
