Appreciation, LLC , a fast-growing financial services company is looking for a full-time Insurance Contracting Specialist to join its Las Vegas team! This position will provide support to independent insurance agents through our Contracting Department. Job Description * Welcome new agents and provide detailed instructions on carrier appointment-onboarding. * Communicate regularly with agents in-person and via telephone regarding their appointment status, carrier requirements, and carrier processes. * Utilize internal customer relationship management platform to document, organize, and manage pending and approved carrier appointments. * Act as a liaison between agents, insurance carriers and uplines; and * Work closely with in team members to process agents' contracts. Qualifications * Strong, interpersonal communication and customer service skills. * Willing to take initiative, be enthusiastic, and maintain a high level of accuracy. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite a MUST (Outlook, Excel, Word used daily). * Experience in the customer services industry. * Basic knowledge of Annuity/Life insurance business and terminology; and * Ability to excel in a dynamic company environment Competitive benefits package after 90-day probationary period.
