Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and market properties. This role requires a passion for customer service, sales, and a commitment to helping clients navigate the real estate process smoothly. Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate laws.
• Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
• Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with administrative protocols.
• Collaborate with property management teams when necessary to address client needs effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for managing paperwork and client records.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
