Job Summary We are one of the largest and fastest growing Property Management Firms in Central Florida managing. We are looking for someone to join our firm. A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST. A CLEAN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND IS A MUST. Can you work independently? Do you like taking pictures? Filling out reports? Have an interest in real estate? Know the geography of Central Florida area pretty well? Have some basic computer skills? (Download a pictures from a camera, email them?) This position is not one sitting behind a desk. You will be in office maybe 5-10 hours out of a 40 hour work week. The rest of the time, you will drive from property to property. Some walkthroughs of properties will take 5 mins, some 90 minutes. After taking anywhere from 15 photos of a property's condition, you might take 450 pictures on the next property. You must be able to hustle, but yet be thorough. You must be detailed oriented. You must be able to follow directions. You must be a people person. You will drive our company car (we pay for the car, gas, tolls, maintenance of the vehicle).
