Duties

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage CRM.
• Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources.
• Nurture and educate prospects on senior living.
• Complete discovery with prospects and conduct tours of community.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales role.
• Strong skills in customer service.
