Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. * Manage CRM. * Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources. * Nurture and educate prospects on senior living. * Complete discovery with prospects and conduct tours of community. * Collaborate with corporate marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. * Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management. Requirements * Proven experience in a senior sales role. * Strong skills in customer service. * Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
