Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, helping them find the right products, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales trends and contribute to store performance goals. Skills

• Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Experience with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.

• Bilingual abilities is A MUST (English and Spanish, reading, writing and speaking), enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• Proficient in retail math to assist in inventory management and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with stock management practices to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
