Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions and guiding them through the sales process. Your expertise in technical sales and understanding of the solar market will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions about their energy needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with a preference for bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively engage with diverse clientele. Duties * Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions. * Engage in door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. * Deliver presentations and demonstrations on solar products and services to educate clients. * Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements * Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the solar or energy sector. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Previous experience in door-to-door sales is advantageous but not mandatory. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients. * A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is essential.
