Auto Parts Inside Sales MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE PARTS EXPERIENCE Summary: Our Commercial sales people are responsible for utilizing an abundance of resources to acquire products that meet our commercial customers' needs correctly and in a timely manner. They are also responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, and maintaining expert knowledge on parts. Pay is dependent on experience .

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to phone calls from Commercial Customers seeking to purchase automotive parts
• Responsible for supporting Commercial accounts by acquiring parts, providing follow ups, and working with store personnel to ensure timely service delivery
• Respond to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain records and process returns for Commercial customers
• Assist with resolving returns, invoice and additional billing related issues
• Assist with sales and information calls to existing and potential Commercial customers
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair
• 1-3 years of experience working with Commercial Customers in the Auto industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, decision making abilities, and excellent selling skills
• Windows computer skills a must
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs
• Ability to work independently or with team members on joint projects
• Ability to effectively manage change in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
