You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every prospective customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Responsibilities: * Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to engage our prospects and present, promote and sell products and services based on their needs * Enrich the customer experience by providing a remarkable service with every customer and prospect interaction * Actively and aggressively pursue leads, referrals, and other various forms of potential new business (primarily over the phone/email) * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Take excellent care of our existing clients * Achieve Customer Retention and Sales goals set by the agency At The Cunningham Agency, You'll Receive: * Base Salary * Commissions - No cap to how much you can earn! * Monthly Bonuses * Signing bonus * Paid time off * Advancement opportunities * Great work schedule * Work from home accommodation Requirements : * Must have Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License * Sales experience - experience interacting with/engaging customers * Experience in a fast-paced and aggressive sales environment * Experience in a position where commission was a large portion of your overall compensation * A desire to maximize your personal earnings by aggressively targeting new business * Competitive, Self-motivated, takes initiative and problem-solver * Likable and reliable * Effective communicator (written and verbal) with excellent follow-up skills * Organizational skills * Must have Property and Casualty licensing, or Personal Lines license * Looking for an individual who is bilingual (Spanish and English) to support the growing number of Spanish-speaking clients and prospects within the agency This position is with an Allstate independent contractor agent, not with Allstate Insurance. Employees of The Cunningham Agency must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Allstate agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Allstate agent's employees are not employees of Allstate.
