Haven Home Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales team in the Ocala, FL area. If you have a proven track record in home health sales leadership, strong connections with referral sources, and the ability to build, manage, and grow a successful team in a highly developed market, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the Ocala market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, case managers, and senior care facilities.
• Lead and support the sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to increase referrals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and strong brand representation in the community.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Home Health Sales Director.
• Established relationships with referral sources in and around Ocala, FL.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
