Full description of the position

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Rep will develop new commercial markets in addition to our existing customer base. The incumbent will work as a product specialist, consultant and sales representative to assist customers in the various stages of the sales and post-sales process. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers; - Analyze the potential of existing and potential customers; - Guide customers according to their needs; - Assist customers with technical sales; - Identify new prospects that align with the company's growth strategy; - Develop and deliver product presentations to existing and potential customers; - Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, shipping and technical services teams; - Coordinate and expedite resolution of customer complaints; - Actively participate in trade shows and conventions. PROFILE REQUIRED - Bilingualism essential (French-English spoken and written); - Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs - Ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively - Handling objections and conflict resolution - Exceptional presentation skills in front of a group; - Good understanding of business operations, customer and market dynamics; - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs - Understanding of market evolution, marketing initiatives and adapting market penetration strategies. - Tracking sales performance and KPIs - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets - Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written); - Good stress and priority management, ability to work with tight deadlines; - Demonstrated negotiation skills; - Demonstrate leadership with teams; - Excellent problem solving skills - Attention to detail with ability to multi-task - Proficiency with technology - MS Office - Collaborative team player - Proven ability to deliver results ; - Ability to adapt, flexibility and versatility in a changing and growing environment. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in administration or related field; - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; - Proven ability to achieve expected sales goals. WHO ARE WE?
