Position Details : * Type: Internal Hire working for Express Employment Omaha * Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours * Location: Omaha, NE (on-site) * Pay/Salar y: Base Salary + Commission up to $80,000/year Job Duties: * Recruiting top Omaha talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals * Providing excellent service to client companies through prompt communication, and sourcing quality candidates that fit their business needs * Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience * Building relationships with client companies through phone and in person communication * Conducting follow up calls with client companies to monitor candidate performance and client satisfaction * Making daily outbound sales calls to gain new clients and business opportunities Requirements: * The ideal candidate will be a team player who is driven, competitive and focused on driving business growth * Must have 2 years of Sales experience * Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills * Basic computer skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Prefer some college education in a relevant field Benefits: * 401k with matching * Profit Sharing * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
