Responsibilities

:

  • Lead enterprise software sales processes
  • Work with customers and help better understand their needsExpand the company's customer base and build lasting relationships with them
  • Establish a referral network with other businesses and find opportunities to maximize value with these connections
  • Assess the competitive landscape and implement changes to the sales program in response to competitor changes and industry standards
  • Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as the company grows
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
Qualifications

:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field
  • 3+ years of progressive enterprise software sales experience, achieving sales targets
  • Ability to operate alone in a territory with remote support.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills [English]
  • Excellent problem solving, time management, and planning
  • Results-driven, and analytical skills with the ability to apply these to complex situations with competing priorities
  • Team player with values of reliability and integrity
  • Ability to learn and be updated in on new technical domains and concepts
  • Ability to coordinate cross functional people to achieve tactical and strategic targets
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management, public groups Advantage:
  • Experience working as a sales director in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience and knowledge of accessibility
  • Experience and knowledge of online digital market advantage
