Responsibilities: * Lead enterprise software sales processes * Work with customers and help better understand their needsExpand the company's customer base and build lasting relationships with them * Establish a referral network with other businesses and find opportunities to maximize value with these connections * Assess the competitive landscape and implement changes to the sales program in response to competitor changes and industry standards * Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as the company grows * Manage sales pipeline * Familiarity with CRM platforms Qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field * 3+ years of progressive enterprise software sales experience, achieving sales targets * Ability to operate alone in a territory with remote support. * Excellent written & oral communication skills [English] * Excellent problem solving, time management, and planning * Results-driven, and analytical skills with the ability to apply these to complex situations with competing priorities * Team player with values of reliability and integrity * Ability to learn and be updated in on new technical domains and concepts * Ability to coordinate cross functional people to achieve tactical and strategic targets * Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management, public groups Advantage: * Experience working as a sales director in a fast-paced startup environment * Experience and knowledge of accessibility * Experience and knowledge of online digital market advantage * Additional languages: Spanish Allyable is an equal opportunity employer Please send your resume to [please apply online].
