Responsibilities
:
- Lead enterprise software sales processes
- Work with customers and help better understand their needsExpand the company's customer base and build lasting relationships with them
- Establish a referral network with other businesses and find opportunities to maximize value with these connections
- Assess the competitive landscape and implement changes to the sales program in response to competitor changes and industry standards
- Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as the company grows
- Manage sales pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
Qualifications
:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field
- 3+ years of progressive enterprise software sales experience, achieving sales targets
- Ability to operate alone in a territory with remote support.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills [English]
- Excellent problem solving, time management, and planning
- Results-driven, and analytical skills with the ability to apply these to complex situations with competing priorities
- Team player with values of reliability and integrity
- Ability to learn and be updated in on new technical domains and concepts
- Ability to coordinate cross functional people to achieve tactical and strategic targets
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management, public groups Advantage:
- Experience working as a sales director in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience and knowledge of accessibility
- Experience and knowledge of online digital market advantage
