Parkway Toyota is in search of experienced Used Car Manager to join the team. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to continue growing the used car department. Candidates with Used Car Manager experience is preferred, but we are also open to considering experience sales professionals with at least 5 years of automotive sales experience who are ready to step into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car department * Supervise and coach the sales team to drive performance and meet sales targets * Manage vehicle inventory, pricing, and sourcing * Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability * Maintain relationships with customers and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction * Ensure all processes align with company standards and best practices * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations The right candidate is honest, hard-working, dedicated, and looking to make a mark on the industry through an innovative approach.
