Parkway Toyota is in search of experienced Used Car Manager to join the team. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to continue growing the used car department. Candidates with Used Car Manager experience is preferred, but we are also open to considering experience sales professionals with at least 5 years of automotive sales experience who are ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car department
• Supervise and coach the sales team to drive performance and meet sales targets
• Manage vehicle inventory, pricing, and sourcing
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure all processes align with company standards and best practices
