Experienced Solar Sales Representative T&K Electric Company, one of few debt-free solar companies currently expanding into new markets, is seeking experienced Solar Sales Representatives to add to our growing organization in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area. Responsibilities * Generate leads through networking, canvassing and other plausible efforts; * Convert leads into potential customers and set appointments with homeowners; * Meet with potential customers and determine their solar needs; * Educate potential customers on equipment, financing options and tax benefits; * Provide detailed information regarding T&K Electric Company and the available products and services offered; * Propose, close and execute purchase contracts with homeowners; * Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and obtain referrals and reviews; * Adhere to all company policies and procedures; and, * Appropriately represent the T&K Electric Company brand in all interactions. Requirements * Experience in selling solar of at least one year; * Contain excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Maintain professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities; * Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficient in time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines; * Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Extensive knowledge of the solar industry and current rules and regulations Benefits * Industry-leading compensation with target earnings of $250,000 annually; * Flexible working hours; * Professional work environment and culture; * Swift customer installation and PTO timelines; * Financing options containing zero dealer fee and 7.99% interest rates; and, * Standard equipment of 440-watt panels and Enphase IQ8M microinverters.
