Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to engage directly with patients seeking plastic surgery and post-operative care. Responsibilities include educating patients on products and services, guiding them through purchase decisions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has experience in medical, aesthetic, or wellness sales, excellent communication skills, and a patient- focused approach. This role may involve working closely with clinics, attending events, and providing personalized support to enhance the patient experience. Responsibilities * Engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals. * Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
