Now Hiring: Bilingual Property Manager The Lexington Apartments Are you a motivated property management professional with a passion for serving diverse communities? The Lexington Apartments is seeking a Bilingual Property Manager to join our team! Position: Bilingual Property Manager Location: The Lexington Apartments Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in property management Languages: Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)

Key Responsibilities

:

• Oversee all daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring a high standard of resident satisfaction and property maintenance
• Manage leasing processes, renewals, move-outs, and new leases
• Supervise and motivate on-site staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor communications, and property inspections
• Collect rent, manage financial records, and prepare monthly reports
• Maintain compliance with property management regulations and company policies
• Foster a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants, utilizing bilingual skills to enhance communication and service124

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and resolve issues proactively
