Requirements: * QUALIFICATIONS * Experience: At least one (1) year of related experience in a retail furniture environment is preferred but not required if you have the right attitude and drive. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Communication: Strong ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus! * Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with computer systems, programs and email. * Resilience: Ability to work productively and effectively under stressful conditions; such as, tight time frames and heavy workloads. * Customer Focused: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with ease. * Initiative: A proactive approach, independent thinking and the ability to implement new ideas. * Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed. MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE * Retail Sales Experience: At least one (1) year of retail sales experience is preferred but not required * Tech Skills: Proficient with computer systems. * Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and experience. * Education: High school diploma or GED. PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Active Role: Most of the time will be spent sitting, standing and walking long hours. * Moderate Lifting: Occasionally lift and handle materials or equipment up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
