Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, particularly within a grocery store setting. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a passion for helping others find the products they need.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Utilize POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively sell and upsell items.
• Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Perform retail math calculations as needed to assist customers with pricing inquiries. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
