Job Description: At Elara Caring, the Sales Team acts as the liaison between patients who need care and our hospice** providers. We are looking for an Area Vice President of Hospice Sales who is equipped to lead and develop their team, shares our commitment to excellence, and will advocate for the patient and our organization. What is Required? * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related health field * 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the health care industry * 4 years of supervisory experience * Hospice sales leadership experience in MI strongly preferred * Demonstrates proven decision making, leadership, and financial management skills * Reliable transportation to perform job tasks * Up to 80% travel with overnight stay You will report to the Vice President of Sales.
