Job Title: Real Estate Team Administrative Director Overview: We're seeking an Operations Director to manage day-to-day operations for a top-performing residential real estate team in NYC. The ideal candidate must dedicated and organized and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Team by providing exceptional support to agents and clients. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role supports the team's productivity by resolving administrative issues and optimizing workflows, ensuring smooth operations. You'll collaborate closely with the Managing Broker, acting as a point of contact for industry peers, clients, and client representatives. The ideal candidate thrives on enhancing operational efficiency and increasing sales output. Qualifications: * Active NYS real estate license * Minimum 2 years NYC residential real estate experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Dropbox, Zoom/Teams * Strong understanding of NYC real estate workflows (lead-to-close) * Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills * Confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $50k base + commissions Responsibilities: * Coordinate team's client commitments and responsibilities, schedules and calendar, events * Oversee property listings, marketing materials, and market data * Update external platforms (website, StreetEasy, REBNY) * Prepare board packages for co-op/condo clients * Manage the deal process from origination to closing * Oversee rental transactiona, including leases and property management * Generate market reports and ensure proper record-keeping * Collaborate with the Lead Broker to improve team operations and productivity * Manage team schedules and internal database updates Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53,733.00 - $58,643.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * New York, NY 10012 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10012SERHANT
