Full description of the position

*This position is not a sales position and is candidates must live in the metro Tampa area At HealthFund Solutions, we are an advocate to uninsured patients and a partner to hospitals and healthcare providers. With decades of experience in the healthcare field, we observed a rising need to help a percentage of the American population that continues to grow every day--those living without health insurance. Through sponsorship programs, Medicaid screening and premium monitoring, we empower patients to get the coverage and care they need and get back on their feet. The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is a key point of contact between HealthFund Solutions, LLC (HFS) and our hospital partners. This role is responsible for strategically coordinating with healthcare providers and community partners to ensure the successful execution of HFS contracts and deliver on key business objectives associated with the delivery and performance of HFS contracted services. The CRM will serve as the primary navigator for hospital clients, and their facility leaders, within their designated region, providing expert education, services support, and guidance to ensure successful referral generation, client satisfaction, and retention. This role is aligned with both organizational goals and client expectations, ensuring a seamless and mutually beneficial partnership. Reporting to the Director of Client Relations, the CRM will be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing service delivery. This position also entails presenting in meetings, facilitating and presenting performance reports, and acting as a trusted advisor for all client-related matters, contributing to the overall growth and success of HealthFund Solutions, LLC and our mission of patient advocacy. This is not a Sales Role Essential Job Functions: * Act as the primary contact for assigned hospital clients and their individual facilities, understanding and fostering strong and ongoing relationships with each client and the individual facility and department leaders within their organizations. * Understand and document client and facility leadership management and the processes the support patient access operations for each client and their individual facilities. * Provide onsite and remote support to hospital clients. * Support positive, productive relationships with all potential referral sources. * Drive direct referral generation and support client retention strategies through education within their designated territories. * Collaborate with client leadership on new ideas for positive brand growth, referral generation and client education. * Complete field intelligence and assessments after all hospital engagement and monthly and quarterly reports as outlined by Director of Client Relations. * Schedule, prep and present persuasive hospital education presentations on a weekly basis. * Monitor and support HFS Standard Operating Procedures and workflows clearly and concisely as established by HFS Operations and the Client partner management team. * Map and monitor Client patient referral volumes for each Client department and help to initiate processes and programs to increase patient access and patient volumes to HFS programs and services. * Meet all KPI's set forth by Director of Client Relations for the CRM role. (see attached) * Ensure alignment of client expectations with HFS organizational goals. (see attached NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree preferred. Associates degree and/or equivalent job experience required. * Required 2-4 years of public speaking/presentation skills. * Client management and/or account executive experience required. * Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing or hospital social work experience preferred. * Ability to think critically, be proactive and be a self-starter. * Multitasker, prioritization, and time management skills. * Be fluid in all job functions and can change as needed. * Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines. * Ability to be self-directed and to work effectively as a member of a team * Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook.) * Excellent phone and email etiquette. * Position requires up to 50-60% travel between facilities; varies. * Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and active auto insurance Physical Abilities: While performing the duties of this job * Ability to sit for long periods of time entering data into the computer. * Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. * Ability to concentrate and stay on task for long periods of time.
