Duties * Execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. * Manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry. * Lead direct sales efforts while focusing on upselling existing clients for increased revenue. * Manage territory assignments to optimize coverage and performance across regions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives. * Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Experience * Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the industry. * Strong account management skills with a track record of successful client negotiations. * Experience in technical sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Demonstrated ability to develop effective marketing strategies that drive results. * Familiarity with territory management principles and practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
