Job Description: Our Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a professional office environment, detail oriented, with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities * Establish and build customer relationships * Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage and changes * Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and policy changes * Stay informed on carrier products and industry standards * Prepare and maintain accurate summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals * Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues and policy interpretation * Collaborate with Producers in policy review and delivery * Contact clients regarding outstanding receivables; invoices clients; reviews and accurately maintains accounting history Qualifications * Minimum 1 year experience in a professional customer service role, insurance experience a plus. * Excellent customer service, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills * Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office * EPIC agency management system knowledge a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Highly organized with excellent time management skills * Strong computer and technology skills * Must be able to work on-site in Pigeon Forge, TN M-F 8:30-5 or 8-4:30 Benefits/Perks: * Competitive Salary based on experience * Medical insurance and voluntary dental, vision, and life insurance options * Health Savings Account funding * 401k matching program * Paid Time Off and Generous Holiday Schedule * Professional Development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * Account management: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 (Required) Work Location: In person
