We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans that align with our company's objectives. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, project management, and sales expertise to effectively navigate the market landscape and foster long-term partnerships. Summary: * Full Time (direct hire, permanent) Business Development Manager position * Located in Omaha, NE * Territory includes Omaha, NE, Council Bluffs IA, Lincoln, NE and Columbus NE - roughly 30% travel required, no overnight travel required * Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence. * Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients. * Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients that effectively communicate our value proposition.
