What We're Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside-Outside Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for home design and remodeling who thrives in both client-facing showroom interactions and outside field sales. You'll be representing premium materials in granite, cabinets, and flooring--working with both new prospects and a loyal client base. As a Sales Representative, you will generate leads, cultivate relationships, and guide customers through the selection process. This is a commission- based role with excellent potential for growth, especially for someone with an established industry network.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Meet with potential and existing clients in the showroom to understand needs and present product options.
• Travel within your assigned territory for lead generation, prospecting, and in-home consultations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, and homeowners.
• Provide accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, trends, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain CRM records and manage scheduling and client communications.

Qualifications

:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in the home improvement, design, or construction industry.
• Existing client base in the industry is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in 2020 Design software is a plus.
• Must be available for occasional Saturday client meetings from 9 AM - 1 PM.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for offsite appointments. Key Skills & Attributes:
