Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or following up on leads.
• Ensure the retail space is organized, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers or POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
