Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services while assisting customers with their orders.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and analysis to track customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism in all communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist in training new staff members on customer support protocols and office procedures as needed. Experience
• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills in sales techniques are advantageous for upselling products or services.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software will be beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
