Responsibilities and Duties: * Renting * Making sure vacant units are ready for move in * Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance. * Entering contracts * Collecting Required Skills: * Know in-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management. * Well organized, and excellent time management skills. * Comprehends property management and its financial aspects. * Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
