• Renting
• Making sure vacant units are ready for move in
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance.
• Entering contracts
• Collecting Required Skills:
• Know in-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
• Well organized, and excellent time management skills.
• Comprehends property management and its financial aspects.
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills. Job Type:
• Full-time Salary:
• $18.00-20 per hour + Bonus Schedule:
• Office hours Tuesday-Saturday 8-5 Language:
