Overview

: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of property leasing, maintenance, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, as well as experience in property management.

Responsibilities

: - Manage all aspects of property leasing, including advertising vacancies, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements - Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner and within budget - Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well- maintained and meet all safety standards - Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and tenant communications - Utilize property management software (Entrata) to track leasing activity, generate reports, and manage tenant information - Assist with rent collection and financial reporting - Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to maximize revenue opportunities - Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and regulations

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in property management or a related field - Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property leasing and management - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Ability to negotiate lease agreements and resolve conflicts with tenants - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus - Proven sales skills for upselling additional services or amenities - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Bi-lingual Preferred This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
