Job Description We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities * Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs * Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns * Present and sell auto, home, and other insurance products * Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and underwriting guidelines * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Qualifications * Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus) * Must possess a Property & Casualty insurance license * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient with computers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89117 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Las Vegas, NV 89117: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
