Overview: Assists customers by helping them select products. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Responds to customers' questions. Responsibilities: * Drives sales through engagement of customers. * Greets and receives customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. * Work with fellow co-workers and management to keep retail space clean and always organized. * Maintain product on sales floor and filling backstock throughout assigned shift. * Responsible for a point-of-sale register and accepting credit cards, cash, comps or in payment of retail items. * Verifying identity of customers when using comps as a form of payment for retail items. * Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. * Performs any other duties as assigned.
