Full description of the position

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and meeting revenue targets. This role requires a results-driven sales professional with strong closing skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. * Execute sales strategies tailored to the MSP and SaaS markets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive account expansion. * Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the value of MSPbots.ai solutions. * Execute the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. * Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly. * Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and key sales metrics. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve sales enablement. * Represent MSPbots.ai at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness. Key Skills and Qualifications * Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in MSP, SaaS, or technology sales. * Understanding of the MSP market and sales dynamics. * Experience with high-value, consultative sales processes and solution selling. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume sales pipeline. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track sales activities and pipeline management. * Experience in SMB/mid-market sales experience is strongly preferred. * Experience in working in a start-up company * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
