Property Administrator: SMinkoff Development Corporation ("Minkoff"), a third generation, family-owned business, focuses on the development and operation of commercial properties (industrial, flex, biotech, office, retail) for its own portfolio in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area. Minkoff is a vertically integrated company that is responsible for all aspects of its properties, including ownership, development, general contracting, leasing, and property management. Minkoff prides itself on providing direct "hands-on" control of the various functions of a full-service, real estate development firm: Real Estate with a Personal Perspective. Minkoff Development is looking for a detail oriented, energetic, organized, and customer service based individual to assist Minkoff Development in the management of all aspects of property management including operational, financial, tenant service, and administrative duties for commercial property. Responsibilities: * Process, file, and assist with operational documents, proposals, bids, and contracts for signature via Adobe Sign. * Procure and manage tenant contact information and COI's. * Coordinate key/card access to new and existing tenants. * Assist in compiling monthly financial reports for the asset management team. * Assist and follow up on outstanding Tenant A/R matters by monitoring, collecting and reporting on monthly delinquencies, as well as preparing default letters as needed. * Assist with data collection, entry and reporting for tasks such as utility meter readings and invoice processing. * Maintain regular communication with tenants and vendors to ensure compliance with lease and company protocols while addressing inquiries in a timely manner. * Assist in the tenant move-in/move-out process by ensuring all lease required items are addressed and documents executed. * Assists in coordination and processing of maintenance service tickets. * Assists in coordinating with the Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of tenant monthly statements, collection of payments, and monthly credit card reconciliations. * Work closely with our internal Leasing, Property Management, Construction, and Accounting teams daily. * Work on special projects and new initiatives according to current needs. Qualifications: * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Deadline driven with the ability to multi-task with a customer focused approach. * Self-disciplined, detail oriented, and highly organized. * Positive attitude and ability to effectively listen to co-workers and respond to their requests - team oriented. * Flexible in a fast paced environment. * Dependable. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with Yardi a plus. * Relevant work experience in commercial property management. * Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States of America.
