Ables Landscapes, an award winning landscape company in Charleston, SC, is seeking a motivated, talented, and experienced individual to join our maintenance division as an Account Manager. Based in Hollywood, SC, Ables Landscapes has been creating beautiful outdoor living spaces of high-end residential homes in the Lowcountry for over 45 years by providing high-end Design, Build, and Maintenance services. • Manager
• who is most aligned with our values and willing to help fulfill our mission which is to glorify God by connecting people to something beautiful. Here's what you'd do:
• Perform initial sales consultations, estimating and follow-through (after initial training period and with continued support from management)
• Account management including quality control, client satisfaction & responding to client questions/calls to action in a timely manner.
• Coordination of subcontracted services e.g. lawn & shrub care, mulch blowing, with assistance from office staff.
• Making a consistent and intentional effort to know your people to build respect, recognize recruiting opportunities, opportunities to develop existing staff and encourage open communication between field staff & ownership/management.
• Work alongside office staff for invoicing of enhancements and one-time jobs.
• Check over crew members' inspection sheets to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Relay reported equipment issues to ownership and shop staff for addressing
• Participate in and contribute to safety and training exercises. What a winning Account Manager would look like:

• Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, delegate, and direct multiple teams.
• Effectively coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new programs.
• Ability to be flexible with the changing demands of the industry within a fast paced work environment. You may be a great fit if you:

• Have the desire to represent Ables Landscapes with professionalism and integrity at all times. And while not mandatory, it'd also be great if you:
• Have proven efficiency and experience with LMN software.
• Are Bilingual in Spanish and English.
