RESPONSIBILITIES * Handle all coming phone calls * Cashier will handle payments from service customers * Transfer calls to the appropriate parties, service advisors, parts department, etc. * Schedule appointments for customers with Special order parts. * Handle customer complaints with integrity and pose.
