RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct face-to-face presentations in one of our sales centers located at one of our award- winning resorts in accordance with Arcadia's Sales Process (shared during training sessions). * Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners. * Communicate the benefits of traveling with the Arcadia Resorts Membership. * Generate sales from pre-qualified leads by initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. * Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training. QUALIFICATIONS: * Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. * Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment. * A "go-getter" with the ability to effectively communicate and work well with different personality types. * Desire to learn sales process through initial training and ongoing observation. * High "coachability-factor" or willingness and openness to receiving feedback, reflecting on their progress and development and ability to adjust and improve sales practices over time.
