• Conduct face-to-face presentations in one of our sales centers located at one of our award- winning resorts in accordance with Arcadia's Sales Process (shared during training sessions).
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with the Arcadia Resorts Membership.
• Generate sales from pre-qualified leads by initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
• A "go-getter" with the ability to effectively communicate and work well with different personality types.
• Desire to learn sales process through initial training and ongoing observation.
• High "coachability-factor" or willingness and openness to receiving feedback, reflecting on their progress and development and ability to adjust and improve sales practices over time.
