Our Candidate Search We are seeking a Commercial Leasing Associate to join our commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional who excels in teamwork, collaboration and is goal driven. The Leasing Associate role plays a crucial role in our organization, serving as the primary manager of third- party real estate brokers, and working with our Property Managers, Construction and Marketing to procure and retain tenants. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from developing market strategies and negotiating leases to analyzing market trends and developing financial analysis for commercial properties. Job Responsibilities: * Manage 3rd party commercial real estate brokers * Negotiate lease terms * Develop and implement marketing strategies * Analyze market trends and prepare comprehensive reports * Build and maintain strong relationships with broker, tenants, and industry professionals * Perform financial analyses * Manage lease administration, including renewals and compliance * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions Qualifications: * Strong communication skills * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data * Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities * Proficiency in relevant software, including Yardi and digital marketing tools * Real estate license and relevant certifications preferred Education and Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate (preferably) or business, marketing, or other related field * 3 years Commercial Real Estate experience * California Real Estate License Benefits: * Competitive compensation * 3 weeks PTO and paid holidays * 401k plan with employer match * Medical benefits with multiple options including dental, and vision, etc. (for you and your dependents) Other Information: * Pay Range: $105,000.00 to $125,000.00 * Eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program * Exempt position * Local travel expected * Supervisory role * Full time position * Must legally be allowed to work in the U.S. * Please provide salary requirements in order to be considered for this position * Full time employees are eligible to participate in company benefits * Equal Opportunity Employer Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
