You will be responsible for ensuring that properties are presented in the best light, addressing tenant inquiries, and assisting in the leasing process. Conduct Property Showings: - Showcase rental properties to prospective tenants in person. - Greet and engage with visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. - Present properties and amenities positively. - Provide accurate information about available units. 2. Communication and Follow-Up: - Follow up with prospective tenants before and after scheduled showings. - Confirm appointments and gather feedback. - Maintain communication protocols through company-approved channels.
