We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Landscaping Maintenance Account Manager to support our team and clients with day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering extraordinary customer service to all accounts and clients. Strong communication skills are essential to report discrepancies and outliers to management. This position is NOT an entry-level position. Only qualified candidates will be considered. Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: * The Client Manager is responsible for assisting clients on multiple maintenance projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley * Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding needs of our customers * Provide excellent service and communication in a constructive, courteous manner with a focus on problem solving * Interacting with clients * This individual will be responsible in collecting information during maintenance bidding phases. * Promote high standards customer service, safety, in a positive team environment * Provide organizational management, leadership and communication between client and production team in a timely fashion and work cooperatively to find delivery solutions * Maintain Landscape Quality Audit with Production Manager to identify property maintenance needs and enhancement opportunities * Generate client proposals that are designed to meet each client's objectives * Assist on walking properties on a daily basis, following on approvals, generate and file client reports * Candidate must be extremely responsive to both clients and team members. * Additional task may apply based on business demand This position requires an individual to be extremely comfortable with technology which includes the heavy use of business software. This individual is required to be highly organized and productive so that information can be gathered and transmitted daily.
