  • Volunteer and donation opportunities to help improve our community What you will do The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by prospecting for new customers and setting appointments for our Business Development Representatives. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable using various communication channels, including phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through a combination of phone calls, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and our service offerings.
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings for Senior Account Executives to further discuss potential partnerships and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and services to potential customers.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage prospecting activities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
