We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Listing Manager to support our real estate team and ensure a seamless listing experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities

:

• Serve as the main point of contact for sellers from the time a listing is signed through going under contract
• Coordinate all aspects of the listing process: photography, staging, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials
• Prepare and input listings into MLS and internal systems accurately and on time
• Manage listing timelines, appointments, and vendor coordination (photographers, cleaners, stagers, etc.)
• Communicate consistently with clients to keep them informed throughout the process
• Support agents and leadership with listing paperwork and compliance
• Track key performance metrics and assist with listing-related reporting
• Keep internal systems (CRM, Trello, etc.) updated and organized What We 're Looking For:
• Experience in real estate, office management, or project coordination
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like MLS, CRMs, and project management platforms
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• A North Carolina Real Estate License Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
