We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Listing Manager to support our real estate team and ensure a seamless listing experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main point of contact for sellers from the time a listing is signed through going under contract * Coordinate all aspects of the listing process: photography, staging, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials * Prepare and input listings into MLS and internal systems accurately and on time * Manage listing timelines, appointments, and vendor coordination (photographers, cleaners, stagers, etc.) * Communicate consistently with clients to keep them informed throughout the process * Support agents and leadership with listing paperwork and compliance * Track key performance metrics and assist with listing-related reporting * Keep internal systems (CRM, Trello, etc.) updated and organized What We 're Looking For: * Experience in real estate, office management, or project coordination * Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability * Strong communication and customer service skills * Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like MLS, CRMs, and project management platforms * Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude * Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple deadlines * A North Carolina Real Estate License Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
