- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on training, retention, and professional growth.
- Implement sales processes and performance metrics to drive revenue growth and team success.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture aligned with E Com Seating's values.
- Drive new business development and manage key relationships with Fortune 1000/500 executives, product managers, VPs, and Presidents.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the science, academia, industrial, healthcare, and MRO sectors.
- Oversee contract negotiations and long-term client partnerships, ensuring strong retention and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales pipelines, forecasts, and key account management.
- Utilize data insights to optimize sales strategies, team performance, and customer engagement.
- Ensure accurate reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
- Make one visit per month to our headquarters in beautiful Cookeville, TN. (We'll have coffee ready.) You 're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 in a leadership role.
- Love coaching and mentoring sales professionals to hit big goals.
- Are fluent in CRM tools and passionate about performance metrics.
- Have experience selling into complex sales cycles and high-stakes environments.
- Thrive on relationship building with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Understand the pace and pulse of industries like science, healthcare, academia, industrial, or MRO.
