Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager for 2 small communities in Irving, TX. Total of 79 units. The candidate must have at lease 3 years of experience. Friendly and excited about serving our Residents. Conduct regular property inspections and visitations with tenants. Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints. Coordinate move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their unit Update and maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC units, parking lot, etc. Obtain bids and manage capital improvement projects. Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to property. Collecting rent, filing evictions, leasing, customer service, occupancy goal of 97% or higher , DQ goal 3% or lower. Must know ResMan. Bilingual required English & Spanish. Complete other special projects and duties as assigned. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
