Duties * Develop strategies to generate leads and expand customer base * Meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and closing new sales opportunities * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management * Present the features and benefits of our solutions * Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor pipeline * This is an outside sales position. Must be comfortable knocking doors and generating your own leads! Qualifications * Must have a valid driver license!! * Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor pipeline * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients * Self-motivated with a strong drive for results * Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player Summary I'm looking for someone with door to door experience (preferably in roofing but not required) that can help grow the company. I established Coastal Roofing Solutions in 2023 and I've worked hard to build a good foundation to build on. I'm looking for the right person to bring along and help train future employees. In return, you will be taken care of for doing so, and will be my main focal point until it's time to bring on someone else.
