What You 'll Do: * Manage and grow a pipeline of potential homebuyers, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups. * Conduct property tours and sales presentations while building strong relationships with clients. * Listen to customers ' needs and provide tailored solutions to help them find the right home. * Assist customers with financing options and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. * Stay organized and track leads through every stage of the sales process. * Work collaboratively with our team to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals. Who We 're Looking For: At least 3+ years of sales experience Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills --must be professional, trustworthy, and approachable. Comfortable with paperwork (experience in home financing is a plus). Self-motivated and driven --someone who takes initiative and follows through. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our location. Compensation & Benefits: 100% commission-based role with weekly draw. Earnings potential: $30,000 - $250,000+ per year. (no cap on earnings!) Schedule: Monday - Saturday (1 weekday off and 1 Saturday off per month).
