SEASONED SALES CLOSER WANTED Are you a true sales professional? Someone who thrives on results, knows how to close with confidence, and doesn't need hand-holding? We're looking for a motivated, driven, and highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll engage directly with prospective clients, identify their business needs, and close deals on high-value consulting packages -- all while working in a fast-paced, high- performance environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Engage with leads and prospects via phone, email, and Zoom video calls
• Run structured sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Confidently close high-ticket offers -- consistently and with integrity
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign alignment and messaging
• Track your activity and performance using our CRM system
• Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships with a focus on long-term value WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Proven experience in inside sales, consultative selling, or high-ticket closing
• Heavy phone sales experience -- you're comfortable dialing and engaging
• Confident on Zoom/video-based sales presentations
• Excellent communicator who can clearly articulate value and handle objections
• Skilled in negotiation and finalizing deals with advanced sales tactics
• Passionate about business, growth, and helping clients succeed
• Coachable, reliable, positive, and results-obsessed
